After the Application for Replacement Diploma is received the $20 charge will be added to your account.
Payment options:
- By mail with check or money order. Please include a copy of this application with your check and mail to: VGCC-Registrar’s Office PO Box 917, Henderson, NC 27536
- Pay in person at any VGCC campus using cash or check.
- Online through your myVGCC account if you are a recent graduate (within 5 years) and can still access your myVGCC login.
- Pay by phone - call the Business Office at 252-738-3237 to arrange to pay through a secure phone line.
The diploma will not be reprinted until payment is received. The diploma will be mailed to the address on this form. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
